We are delighted to introduce our all-new partnership with United Repairs Centre which will extend the life span of your Perfect Moment items by offering a bespoke repairs service. The service has been designed to be a smooth and simple process that will reduce potential material wastage and support the United Repairs Centre, a B-Corp certified social enterprise.
Please note: This service is currently only available in the UK and EU.
How it works
Simply follow the below steps to complete the process.
Submit your repairs request to customerservice@perfectmoment.com with subject- Repair Request. Make sure to include all the below information.
Name
Home address
Original order number & proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
Product number and name (or a clear description of the item)
Number of repairs needed on the item
Description of damage and any details about how you’d like the repairs to be completed.
Photos of the repair needed.
After your repair is submitted by Perfect Moment’s customer service team and reviewed and accepted by the URC, you will be sent a postage label to send your item off to be repaired.
Your item will be aimed to be returned to you within 7-10 days after arriving at the repairs location.
